  1. When your Macs are physically separate, or have no network connection between them, Synchronize! Pro can be used to synchronize folders by using one or more floppy disks to carry documents back and forth.

  3. The idea is to synchronize the documents on your floppy disk before you leave one Mac, and synchronize them again when you arrive at the other Mac. Since Synchronize! Pro copies in both directions, the newest files will be maintained on both Macs and your floppy disk.

  5. This has the added advantage of creating a very secure data storage environment, since you have your newest documents on your floppy disk; they are backed up as soon as you make changes!
